Nice room.
They did not have pay per view movies, which was very disappointing and there was no room service, both of which I expected from a 4star hotel.

The room was nice, but no view. It looked into an office. There was no pay per view or room service. There was a $15 per day parking fee, which I felt was a little excessive. There was a nice path to walk along the water and that was beautiful. ...read more

This hotel was in a nice location with free transportation downtown.

It was nice. Close to downtown and the check in/out process went smoothly.

Asked to validate parking then charged $15 per night.

Very nice place but the parking. Hotel is in the boonies with tons of parking space. They never revealed that they charge $15 per night until check out. Would not stay there again!

The charge for parking.

Loved the stay, would stay at hotel again. The parking charge is unnecessary. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and smell good.

Clean, very comfy bed and room ammenities were great!
The fact that I had to pay for parking, BUT I stayed for 2 nights and they only charged me for 1 night.

I was very impressed with the Maya. I was on business to attend the ISS Show and needed a place close to the Convention Center. The Maya offered a free shuttle to the Convention Center, which was just minutes away. The hotel staff was great and the rooms were very nice. Flat screen TV, Krueger coffee maker, an umbrella for use while visiting (very helpful, as it was raining on my trip), comfy robes to use on our stay and it was very clean!! The beds were very comfortable. I always dread the uncomfortable beds while traveling and this was not the case at the Maya. ...read more
